Nestled in the charming village of Nunney, Cherry Tree Farm B&B offers an enchanting respite infused with history. From the moment my companions and I arrived, the warm welcome from hosts Jayne and Andrew, along with their delightful dog Fred, set a pleasant tone for our stay. The beautifully restored house, with its original beams and intriguing features like a priest hole, significantly deepened our appreciation for the local history. The spacious 'Amber' suite provided a perfect haven, while the superb bathroom-complete with an exceptional electric shower-invited hours of relaxation. Breakfast was nothing short of delightful; opting for the full English was a treat, complemented by homemade jams that showcased the local flavours beautifully. The idyllic gardens, just a stone's throw from the impressive Nunney Castle, provided a serene atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant local markets in Frome. With the hosts' expert insights, we delved into the rich tapestry of the area's culture and history. In sum, Cherry Tree Farm B&B not only exceeded our expectations but also kindled a desire to return to experience even more of Somerset's charm.
